WARRANTY /
RETURN POLICY |
All Velegance products are warranted against defects in
materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. This warranty extends
only to the original purchaser at retail in a residential
application for as long as they own the product(s). Any implied
warranties are for the time during which the original buyer at
retail owns the product(s).
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or
loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. Damage due
to exposure to sunlight is considered normal wear and tear and is
not covered by this warranty. Fabric colors, which may vary from lot
to lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous
purchases, are not covered by this warranty. If the product is
defective during the warranty period Velegance will, at its option,
either repair or replace, without charge, the defective product.
This shall be the original purchaser’s sole remedy under this
warranty.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any other costs,
such as removal or reinstallation of Velegance products or
incidental or consequential damages.
To obtain service under this warranty, contact your authorized
Velegance Reseller for a return authorization. Return products
along with the original sales receipt and the return authorization
to the manufacturer. Manufacturer will be responsible for shipping
charges for items covered by this warranty. |
